• 1991 - 1996: Head of Math Departement and Vice dean of school of science and Dean of student affairs, Al Azhar University, Gaza, Palestine.
• 1989 - 1991: Head of Math Department, School of Science, and Islamic University of Gaza.
• 1981 - 1983: Lecturer at the Islamic University of Gaza, Dep. Of Math, School of Science.
