Save the Children is the world’s largest independent global movement for children.
There are separate Save the Children organizations in 27 countries (see a list of the organizations) working together to improve children’s lives in over 110 countries .
The organizations range in size from offices with only few staff members
to those employing thousands of people worldwide. The International Save
the Children Alliance is a network of all Save the Children organizations,
focusing on pooling resources, establishing common policies and carrying
out joint projects.
All Save the Children organizations work with children in their own
countries as well as through international programmes.
Save the Children has a Secretariat based in London, United Kingdom, which
supports and coordinates the efforts of all Save the Children
organizations.
